Evolution Industries is the behind-the-scenes design and manufacturing business; Natural Evolution, GUTHEALTH+ and Plantation Brew Co are our own brands. We also supply white label products to supermarkets and pharmaceutical companies all over the world.

2. How long has your business been running?

Natural Evolution is 6 years old this year and the manufacturing, research and design company Evolution Industries has been running for almost 10 years now.

3. How long have you lived in Cairns?

I was born in Cairns, and completed my schooling and higher education degrees in Cairns. I’ve recently moved back after living in the Tablelands for 10 years.

4. Where is your favourite place in Far North Queensland?

We are spoiled for choice in natural beauty; I love any of our trail running or walk experiences. My favourites are definitely the arrow experiences on Mt Whitfield.

5. What is your favourite quote?

“Walk the path of the fearless warrior, it will lead you to your dreams.” – Unknown

6. Who is someone who inspires you?

My daughters Kate (9) and Kira (6), everyday they inspire me to create a better, more sustainable and healthier future.

7. What do you hope to achieve with your business in 2021?

Keep on keeping on! It has been a very busy 10 years creating a working and profitable circular economy model. This year is no different, we will launch our new drying technology – an evolution from NutroLockTM, our 2017 Gold Edison Award winning technology. We will continue to invest in science, unlocking the nutritional values of plant material through both hospital and university studies and creating more functional foods that benefit both people and animals.
